It's a low wattage local station based on Dorchester to serve the needs of the immediate community. The improvements aim to "improve traffic flow". Encouraging people to ride bikes, instead of cars will certainly improve traffic flow! I bike regularly along Dot Ave and it's more adventure then I care to handle most days. It's nice that the mayor appointed a "bike czar," but why not put some serious investment behind his commitment to biking? For those interested in getting more involved with this issue, consider supporting Dot Bike, a new advocacy group for bikers in Dorchester or email your council member.
